Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and support Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules
Lead or support end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support
Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
Configure business processes, calculations, eligibility rules, and integrations related to Payroll and Time
Support payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, and compliance requirements
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure system accuracy and performance
Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions
Assist with testing (unit, integration, UAT) and deployment activities
Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support

Required

Workday Payroll Certification (mandatory)
Strong experience with Workday HCM
Hands-on expertise in: Workday Payroll
Hands-on expertise in: Workday Time Tracking
Hands-on expertise in: Workday Absence Management
Experience working in Business Applications / HCM service environments
Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and controls
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Experience supporting global or multi-country payroll
Prior experience in Workday AMS or consulting engagements
Exposure to Workday integrations related to Payroll and Time
