Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and engage high-caliber legal professionals through various channels including online platforms, networking events, and referrals
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments to understand their hiring needs and deliver top talent
Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates
Placement Success: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating offers, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for candidates
Network Expansion: Actively expand and nurture your professional network within the legal community to enhance JRG Partners’ market presence and reputation
Collaboration: Work closely with the JRG Partners team to share knowledge, support business development efforts, and contribute to the overall growth of the firm
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in legal recruitment or a related field within the legal industry
Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade effectively
Sharp analytical skills to assess candidates' qualifications and clients' needs
Highly motivated, self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets
Proficiency with recruitment software, online sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field is preferred
