Airswift is seeking a Document Control Administrator II to work on a 11 months assignment in their facilities. The role involves integrating company’s acquired asset discipline CAD drawings and ensuring compliance with drawing management standards.

Responsibilities

Continuously monitor the input of all drawings into Falcon DMS to maintain archived files

Enable efficient tracking, updating and version control of approved drawings and their status

Support integration with green field projects during final drawing handover phases

Ensure EPC contractor's DMS's are compliant with company’s drawing management requirements

Provide efficient, secure and appropriate access to drawing and previous revisions

Manage the process to control the quality and review cycle of work packs, documents, records and procedures

Revise heritage integration drawing names as required for Falcon DMS archiving and company policy

Revise native CAD files for re-branding and title updates under supervision

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

High School diploma or GED equivalent

5 or more years of experience in a business environment related to engineering drawing management such as electronic file storage, revisioning, and file check-in/out procedures

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Proficient with electronic data management systems and document imaging

Preferred

Experience with various proprietary Electronic Document Control and computing systems

Bachelors degree

Entry level AutoCAD Experience
