Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (or an additional four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
8+ years of experience in Digital or Technology Product Management across areas such as strategy, planning, innovation, user experience, process design, analytics, or product research/testing
3+ years of experience leading teams — directly or in matrixed, cross-functional environments
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decision-making
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Balance of business acumen, technical understanding, and customer focus
Expertise in Agile, Lean Product Development, or Lean Portfolio Management methodologies
Knowledge of experience design, human-centered design, roadmap building, journey mapping, and competitive analysis
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Demonstrated ability to mentor, lead, and grow teams effectively
Preferred
Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their practical applications in product innovation and automation
Experience with contact center technologies or communication platforms, especially in process optimization or user support operations
Proven success in developing and managing product roadmaps, defining priorities, and aligning initiatives to business goals
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative development processes
Ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with long-term organizational objectives
Strong skills in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation from diverse business and technical stakeholders
Expertise in stakeholder alignment, cross-platform collaboration, and conflict resolution
Experience conducting cost-benefit and ROI analyses for product features or automation initiatives
Familiarity with automation tools, RPA, and AI-driven solutions to streamline business workflows
Strong grasp of API integration and design principles to support seamless digital connectivity
