Responsibilities

Drive sales and account management for advanced rigid packaging systems, including hardware, software, and service solutions
Develop a long-term strategy for your territory, including account planning, budgeting, and customer engagement plans
Prospect and cultivate new accounts while strengthening relationships with existing customers
Translate customer needs into technical solutions, proposals, and cost models, ensuring seamless order execution
Collaborate with internal teams to align on account strategy and deliver coordinated solutions to service accounts
Host customers for plant visits, demonstrations, and industry events to showcase technical capabilities
Monitor competitors’ offerings, market trends, and customer feedback to inform product and sales strategies
Identify potential risks or challenges in meeting sales objectives and proactively develop solutions
Ensure timely resolution of service or quality issues, maintaining customer satisfaction and trust

Required

Must have Experience in Packaging and Plastics and Capitol Equipment Sales
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
5+ years of sales experience, ideally in manufacturing, packaging, or industrial systems
Strong technical understanding of injection molding, end-product applications, and related market dynamics
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
Excellent business and financial acumen with strong negotiating and presentation skills
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Passion for continuous improvement, change management, and delivering results
Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to different cultures and customer environments
