In this role, you’ll support high-net-worth portfolios through onboarding, cash management, and regulatory compliance. You'll collaborate with internal teams and custodians to ensure accurate processing, timely reporting, and seamless client service.

Responsibilities

Client Onboarding: Manage account openings, transfers, and subscription documentation, ensuring accurate and compliant setup for new clients
Operational Execution: Oversee daily money movements, wires, and investment operations with precision and adherence to deadlines
Cash & Data Management: Monitor cash activity, reconcile accounts, and maintain centralized client records for accurate reporting
AML/KYC Compliance: Support anti-money laundering and Know Your Customer reviews for private investments, ensuring regulatory compliance
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and custodians to improve workflows and resolve operational inquiries
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance systems, automate workflows, and strengthen client operations efficiency

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
2-4 years in wealth management, investment operations, or fund administration, supporting high-net-worth or institutional clients
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and portfolio management systems such as Advent or Enfusion
Strong understanding of onboarding, cash management, subscription/redemption processing, and AML/KYC compliance within financial services
Detail-oriented and organized professional with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience in CRM or workflow tools preferred
