Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payments via check, ACH, or wire
Manage billing, collections, and cash applications while resolving outstanding items promptly
Prepare account reconciliations and support month-end close with accruals and variance analysis
Streamline AP/AR workflows and enhance cash management efficiency
Maintain strong communication with vendors and customers to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
2+ years of hands-on accounting experience in accounts payable and receivable
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP platforms
Detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Preferred

Leadership experience preferred
NetSuite experience strongly preferred
Experience in real estate, telecommunications, or similar industries with multi-entity accounting exposure preferred
