LaSalle Network has partnered with a Chicago based performance marketing agency to hire an Associate Director of Performance Media with deep experience in the Google ecosystem. This role involves managing and optimizing Google advertising campaigns for multiple eCommerce and DTC clients while providing guidance and support to the media buying team.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Google advertising campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max for 3–6 clients with monthly ad spends ranging from $40K–$500K

Collaborate with media buying team, providing guidance, oversight, and support while ensuring campaigns hit performance goals

Partner closely with internal leadership (Lance and Jordan) on campaign execution, performance tracking, and client deliverables

Act as a key point of contact for Google reps and external partners

Analyze campaign performance and communicate results to stakeholders, leveraging internal data platforms for reporting and insights

Focus on lower-funnel, conversion-driven campaigns for eCommerce and DTC clients

Maintain campaign quality and ensure smooth execution across multiple accounts
