Corporate Tax Manager
Robert Half is a staffing agency, and they are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to oversee tax compliance and reporting. The role involves leading tax analysis for business development, advising on tax treatment, and developing technical tax documentation.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day tax compliance and reporting, with responsibility for the preparation and filing of returns, documentation, and coordination with Finance and external advisers
Lead tax analysis for business development activities and transactions, including coordination with external advisers and internal teams to advise the business and Senior Management
Research and advise on tax treatment for business dealings
Draft structure plans and documentation to support implementation of approved projects and ensure tax compliance
Develop technical tax papers such as memorandums and opinions, and contribute to governance and process improvements
Qualification
Required
