This role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements while partnering closely with stakeholders across project, technical, and executive teams.

Responsibilities
Lead and support the solicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of functional and non-functional business requirements
Conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with project scope, timelines, and objectives
Maintain visibility into day-to-day project activities, ensuring consistent communication with executive and client stakeholders
Support project controls, including issues, risks, scope, schedules, and requirements tracking
Participate in and support government RFP responses and Statement of Work (SOW) activities
Ensure requirements align with SDLC best practices and project delivery standards
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure strategy, integration, and transparency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
10+ years of experience soliciting, reviewing, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional business requirements
10+ years of experience leading and performing requirements gathering and validation
7+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry, specifically Health & Human Services (HHS) programs such as SNAP and Medicaid
1+ year of experience managing project controls (issues, risks, scope, schedules, requirements)
Experience working within an SDLC environment
Experience supporting government RFPs and SOW development
Proven ability to partner with internal and client stakeholders to drive alignment and visibility
Preferred
Direct experience supporting state or government healthcare systems
Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
Prior experience working on enhancement or modernization initiatives in public-sector systems
