This role involves supporting the PPC Manager with campaign execution, reporting, and client communication while ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

Support the PPC Manager in day-to-day execution across Google Ads + LSAs
Keep tasks organized and moving—acting as the PPC “traffic controller” between the PPC Manager, Account Managers, and clients
Ensure deliverables (budgets, ad builds, tracking, landing pages, monthly optimizations) are completed accurately and on time
Proactively gather info or chase down missing items from clients/AMs to keep campaigns running smoothly
You’ll own the recurring reporting cadence, including Weekly LSA Reports (Internal + Client-Facing) for each LSA client: Budget spent, Number of calls/leads, Estimated lead quality, Trends and patterns (geos, categories, competitors), Quick strategic insights or suggested changes
Pull core metrics from Google Ads + GA4, Check pacing vs. planned budgets, Flag issues, wins, or opportunities, Prep client-ready summaries and internal notes for the PPC Manager
Serve as a polished, organized communicator between PPC and account teams
Draft clear updates on performance, campaign changes, next steps, or issues
Prep agendas and follow-up items for PPC-related client calls
Assist with negative keyword reviews, search term analysis, budget pacing, and campaign hygiene
QA new ads, extensions, LSAs categories, landing pages, and tracking setups
Support performance improvements under direction from the PPC Manager
Monitor tracking accuracy, UTMs, and conversions
Kick off cross-department tasks with dev/content/design
Support launches and monthly maintenance workflows

Required

1–2+ years of hands-on PPC experience (in-house or agency)
Familiarity with Google Ads + GA4
Strong organizational skills and love for process
Excellent communication—clean, concise, client-friendly
Ability to work in a fast-moving agency environment
A proactive mindset: you don't wait to be told something looks off

Preferred

LSA experience is a plus, not required—but willingness to learn is a must
Experience at a digital agency
Experience working with law firms or service-based local clients
Monday.com familiarity
Comfort analyzing data and spotting trends
