Responsibilities
Teaching the team how to talk about big industry problems—like high turnover, rising labor costs, and complex compliance laws—to show how Harri solves them
Designing and rolling out the curriculum that makes new and existing sellers domain experts on our products and the solutions that drive demand
Certifying team members and adjusting training materials to ensure we deliver highly competent sellers to the field
Taking real wins from customers, like major hotel brands and QSR groups, and turning them into simple stories that help the sales team close deals
Finding and setting up AI tools to help the team work more efficiently, including using AI to write better emails, summarize meetings, and create training materials
Creating and updating the guides, talk-tracks, and 'battle cards' our team uses every day to win against competitors
Qualification
Required
5+ years in or around the hospitality industry
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical features simply
AI Proficiency: Active experience using AI (like ChatGPT, Claude, or meeting assistants) to be more productive and the ability to teach others
Self-Starter Mentality: The ability to build content, lead training, and measure results independently without needing a large team
Technical Savvy: Comfort learning new software quickly and showing others how to get the most out of the Harri platform
Global Collaboration: Experience working in a cross-functional environment to scale knowledge and improve consistency
Preferred
Domain Knowledge: Experience with Workforce Management, compliance, or restaurant/hotel operations is strongly preferred
