New Grad, Entry LevelRowsOne is a fast-growing company seeking a highly organized and proactive Product Operations Coordinator to work directly with the Head of Product. This role involves coordinating product demos, assisting with client onboarding, and supporting day-to-day product operations.

Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate product demos and meetings
Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth handoff
Follow up with partners, providers, and customers
Track agreements, action items, and next steps
Join product and customer calls, take notes, and follow up on outcomes
Translate product discussions into clear tickets and tasks for engineers
Support day-to-day product operations for the Head of Product
Help keep product processes organized, documented, and moving forward
Qualification
Required
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
Eager, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer support / customer-facing instincts
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and follow-ups
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (CRM, ticketing systems, calendars, etc.)
Preferred
Experience in operations, admin support, customer success, or project coordination is a plus
