Senior Partner Support Engineer
ALL KNOWN SERVICES is seeking a Senior Partner Support Engineer to provide senior-level technical support to embedded partners and API developers. The role involves managing partner projects, troubleshooting API issues, and acting as a liaison between partners and engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and retention.

Responsibilities
Provide senior-level technical support to embedded partners & API developers
Handle escalations, triage incidents within SLA, debug integrations & APIs
Manage partner projects, technical requests & engineering coordination
Troubleshoot API/JSON/XML/SSO/MDM issues; support platform integrations
Act as liaison between partners, support & engineering; ensure smooth onboarding & retention
Maintain deep product knowledge, create documentation & drive issue resolution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's CS/SE or equivalent
5+ years supporting SaaS/technical customers/partners
Strong debugging in Java/JavaScript/Node/Python/Swift/Kotlin/C# (any 2+)
REST APIs, JSON/XML, SSO, integration troubleshooting
Experience handling high-priority incidents under SLA
Strong communication, analytical & project management capability
Preferred
FinTech exposure & accounting tools (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, Intacct)
