The main purpose of this position is to identify influencers and decision-makers within accounts, establish long-term relationships, and generate sales opportunities through various outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

Adhere to weekly rotation - this is a list of existing salons and prospective salons that are required to be seen each day the employee is in the field

Visit salon owners and stylists to prospect, expand and cultivate business

Sample salons new products and track these results

Capture new business and promote the Resource Center

Generate salon orders and upsell products, new brands and education

Devise captivating presentations to inform and educate clients about products and services available

Develop strong relationships with client base to help them grow and prosper

Possible attendance at sales meetings

Track sales goals daily to ensure you are on target to reach your goal

Provide sales and product support to clients within Resource Centers

Assist with orders and account maintenance

Opening and closing responsibilities of Resource Center

Manage store inventory, and merchandising needs
