Responsibilities
Work with relevant design-related programs, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Layout and manipulate various projects based on the customer’s needs
Review job specifications from work orders and ensure that client files are accurate to produce jobs
Working with and preparing PDF files
Customer service: assisting and consulting with clients about their projects in person, on the phone, and via email. Handling walk-in requests
Handling Cash/Credit Card transactions
Creating Quotes in pricing software and follow up on proofs
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Adobe Suite
Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Understanding of basic print terms (bleed, crop marks, etc.)
Excellent people skills and communication skills
Ability to work independently and multi-task/handle several client jobs at the same time
Print Layout: 1 year
Customer service: 1 year
Preferred
Experience at a print or copy shop is preferred but not required
FEDEX Office, UPS Store, and Staples Print Shop experience very helpful!
