Responsibilities

Serve as one of the primary client-facing representatives
Strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers through clear communication and proactive support
Identify opportunities for follow-on work, expansions, and deeper technical engagement
Develop new relationships with prospective clients, leveraging technical expertise to understand needs and propose solutions
Support (or lead) initial technical scoping conversations, estimating, and proposal development
Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure alignment and support
Foster a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement
Communicate project status, risks, and priorities internally
Provide high-level guidance and technical oversight during design reviews, requirements development, and architecture discussions
Maintain fluency across electrical engineering domains relevant to our clients work
Step into design, analysis, or troubleshooting tasks as needed

Required

Must have a background as an electrical engineer
