Sr. Affiliate Partner Specialist

The Sr. Affiliate Partner Specialist will build and scale the app integration partner network, driving partnership engagement and collaboration to enhance customer retention and generate revenue.

Responsibilities

Own the lifecycle of ecosystem app partnerships—from identification to evaluation to activation
Drive outbound engagement with apps that serve core HighLevel verticals (real estate, legal, wellness, education, etc.)
Evaluate inbound app integration proposals using a revenue‑first lens
Collaborate with Finance, Product, and RevOps to assess the mutual business opportunity of potential integrations
Quantify potential impact on: New logo acquisition (co‑marketing, co‑selling) Expansion revenue (add‑on revenue through app usage) Retention/Stickiness (usage‑based retention lift)
Partner with Product Marketing, Enablement, and the Marketplace team to ensure successful launches
Develop simple revenue/enablement toolkits for partner managers and affiliate teams
Serve as a cross‑functional bridge between GTM, Product, and external partner teams
Document partnership activity, revenue performance, and recommendations for future investments

Required

5–8 years experience in SaaS ecosystem partnerships, integrations, or business development
Deep understanding of partner‑led GTM strategies and integration value assessment
Familiarity with platform APIs and working with product/engineering teams to scope integration plans
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to analyze partner performance data and generate actionable insights

Preferred

Experience with vertical SaaS or platform ecosystems is a major plus
Prior success working in PLG or usage‑based environments preferred
Experience at a marketplace platform (Zapier, Shopify, Salesforce AppExchange, etc.) shall be an added advantage
You've worked directly with product‑led or usage‑based monetization teams
