8+ years of law firm and in-house legal experience
Experience with 'STEP' plans is required
Strong drafting skills
Experience with tax aspects of acquisitions
Experience dealing directly with Boards on tax Board Resolutions
Experience with contribution agreements
Experience supporting treasury
Strong corporate governance
Preferred
Major law firm experience
Sophisticated in-house legal experience with a complex Corporation with many domestic and international subsidiaries
