This role involves providing technical support for GMP lab systems, troubleshooting complex lab instruments, and leading support activities across multiple sites.

Responsibilities
Provide administration and technical support for GMP lab systems and instruments
Support and troubleshoot instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, NMR, XRD, Polarimeter, and more
Manage lab system requests through a ticketing system
Coordinate system changes with QA, equipment owners, and stakeholders
Lead and support onsite/offshore teams, including task assignment and training
Execute and manage periodic lab system reviews and associated GMP documentation
Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency
Support multiple sites with strong planning and demand management
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in a GxP / analytical lab environment
Strong knowledge of GMP instruments and lab systems
Experience reviewing and managing GMP deliverables
Proven leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated, multi-site environment
