Sales Development Representative - Inbound

Responsibilities
Communicate with prospects that have come into the Xactly business by way of a variety of marketing programs and campaigns
Engage these prospects by phone, email, and Linkedin to further develop an interest in Xactly’s solutions
Qualification
Required
Previous customer or prospect engagement and/or cold calling experience required
Results driven & competitive nature
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external clients
Outstanding time management skills
Ability to learn and understand new products and technology
Preferred
BS/BA and 0-2 years of relevant sales experience preferred; internship experience will be taken into consideration
