Responsibilities
Support the Payroll Department during the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
Assist with the successful implementation of the Payroll and Absence Management modules by partnering with Payroll, HR and IT teams
Align business and compliance requirements with system functionality to ensure a successful and timely Go Live
Serve as a bridge between technical and functional teams, ensuring that payroll requirements are accurately translated into efficient, compliant, and scalable system solutions
Configure, test, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and Absence Management modules
Collaborate with Payroll, HR, IT, and implementation partners to ensure a successful and timely Go Live
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Oracle Cloud HCM Certification
5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with hands-on expertise in Payroll and Absence Management modules
Strong understanding of payroll processing, taxation, and compliance requirements
Experience with fast formulas, costing, and legislative data group configurations
Knowledge of time and labor integration and absence accrual processing
Familiarity with Oracle HCM Extracts, APIs, and integration frameworks
Preferred
Experience in at least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation
