Responsibilities
Monitor and resolve daily trade compliance alerts and exception reports in the firm’s order management system (OMS)
Maintain restricted lists and oversee wall-crossing processes
Review investment guidelines and assist in coding rules into the OMS
Support the onboarding of new funds, accounts, and instruments within compliance systems
Track and escalate potential compliance breaches and coordinate remediation with relevant stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Economics, or related field preferred)
1-5 years of investment compliance experience within an asset management, hedge fund, or investment advisory firm
Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
Thrives in a rigorous, collaborative, and intellectually curious environment
Preferred
Experience with Charles River, FlexTrade, or a similar OMS/OEMS strongly preferred
