Responsibilities
Work hands-on with Jesta Vision modules (minimum three): Merchandising, Inventory/WMS, Store/POS, Order Management/Omnichannel
Support end-to-end retail processes including: Item onboarding, pricing & promotions, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory management, store operations, returns, stock reconciliation, and seasonal planning
Collaborate with onshore business users and offshore support teams (L1.5, L2, L3) to manage incidents, enhancements, and service delivery
Identify improvement areas in current merchandising architecture and drive optimization initiatives
Provide functional expertise during issue triage, solution design, configuration changes, and testing
Provide L2/L3 application support for Jesta Vision Suite (Merchandising, Inventory/WMS, Store/POS, Order Management)
Troubleshoot data and transaction issues related to: Item setup, Pricing, Purchase orders & receipts, Allocations, Inventory adjustments, Sales orders, transfers & returns
Monitor, analyze, and maintain key integrations including: EDI, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP/file drops, and message queues
Work with SQL (queries, joins, debugging) to investigate data discrepancies
Support batch job monitoring, interface queues, and scheduled processes
Execute approved enhancements, small configuration updates, and data corrections
Qualification
Required
6–8+ years of experience in Retail IT, Merchandising, or ERP functional support
Deep hands-on experience in Jesta Vision (minimum 3 modules)
Strong domain knowledge of retail merchandising & store operations
Working understanding of supply chain & distribution center processes
Proficiency in SQL for data validation and issue investigation
Experience supporting integrations via EDI, APIs, SFTP, and message-based systems
Ability to analyze logs, batch processes, and job schedules
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage onshore/offshore teams and resolve escalations
Preferred
Exposure to Oracle RMS or other retail merchandising systems
Experience supporting omnichannel retail and integrations with eCommerce, 3PL, POS, and financial systems
Ability to document issues, solutions, and SOPs for continuous improvement
