Provide strategic leadership for the credit union’s lending operations, including consumer, commercial, and mortgage lending
Oversee underwriting processes and staff development
Evaluate and improve existing loan products
Ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate with other executives to drive lending growth and deliver exceptional borrower experiences
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Underwriting and assessing loan risks
Proficiency in Finance and financial analysis
Experience in Consumer Lending and Loans management
Knowledge in Commercial Lending and developing lending strategies
Proven leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills
Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and external partnerships
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry best practices
Preferred
advanced degree or certifications in lending or finance
