Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE license preferred)
5+ years of civil engineering and project management experience
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and related tools
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Experience with land development projects
