Connect with members by phone, email, and mail to discuss past-due accounts in a professional and empathetic way

Analyze account details to identify repayment options, verify member information, and ensure all actions are in compliance with credit union policies and regulations

Negotiate solutions that help members bring accounts current while protecting the credit union from risk

Document everything thoroughly and accurately, keeping records up to date so the team and regulators have a clear picture of activity

Stay adaptable, as priorities may shift quickly depending on member needs, workload, and compliance requirements

Collaborate with teammates and other departments when accounts require escalations or additional support
