Responsibilities
To minimize the expenses of the property through effective maintenance and preventative maintenance programs
To train, direct, supervise and motivate the personnel which reports to the Maintenance Supervisor
To provide safe, comfortable and well-maintained housing to the residents and to the community
To present yourself and RBM Management in a professional manner and attitude toward coworkers, the residents and to the general public
Qualification
Required
Customer-service individual with an upbeat, positive and 'can do' attitude
Strong organizational, verbal and written communicative skills
Ability to fulfill service requests
Ability to perform apartment punch
Ability to maintain grounds and curb appeal
General plumbing skills
General electrical skills
Drywall repair skills
Grounds and appliance repair skills
Ability to work Monday to Friday
On-call responsibility required
Rotation weekend on call is required
May have to work some holidays
Must have valid Driver's License
Must have reliable transportation
Must have car insurance
Previous apartment maintenance experience
Previous supervisory experience
HVAC certification
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Apartment industry
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
Must understand and uphold Fair Housing Guidelines
