Regional Sales Manager – Bay Area, California
Diodes Incorporated is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of semiconductor products, and they are seeking a Regional Sales Manager responsible for key automotive accounts in California. The role involves managing sales, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with various teams to drive business and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
Responsible for sales of Diodes Incorporated product lines in the Automotive accounts in California
Develop strategic plans, annual budget, and performance reports, implement those plans, and communicate progress to executive team for key accounts to achieve new design wins and product sales
Work closely with manufacturer’s sales representatives to drive business within territory, assigning plans and goals and tracking their progress against them
Drive marketing, applications and engineering teams to define and develop new products for those key automotive customers in the region; alert sales and marketing to major design win opportunities and effectively communicate customer requirements
Work closely with territory FAE and directly support requirements in these key accounts
Requires regular travel to support different locations of these kay accounts to support and drive sales efforts
Qualification
Required
5 – 10 years of sales experience with account and/or territory management
Automotive segment experience is a plus
Knowledge of products and customer needs, how they match up and able to effectively articulate Diodes Incorporated solutions and value proposition
Understands the technical elements of Diodes Incorporated product lines
Strong skills in verbal and written communications
Excellent presentation skills for large or small groups
Proactive self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision and high capacity to support multiple tasks with varying levels of complexity
Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quota
High level of personal drive and responsiveness with attention to detail and follow through to close new business opportunities in fast paced sales environment
Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills are required to be effective, while simultaneously supporting multiple business opportunities
Excellent personal skills to create, develop and foster key customer relationships
Preferred
BSEE degree and semiconductor or technical sales experience preferred
