Product Manager, Consumer and Small Business

Responsibilities
Own financial performance for Consumer and Small Business product lines, including revenue growth, gross margin improvement, and cost control
Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans to achieve annual revenue, ARPU, and margin targets
Drive product initiatives through the PMCOE process, including business cases, NPV modeling, and go-to-market planning
Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products, customer use cases, and competitive threats
Lead ideation, development, and launch of new products and services for residential, MDU, and small business customers
Implement acquisition and retention strategies designed to reduce churn and increase subscriber lifetime value
Partner with Marketing to support positioning, messaging, and promotional execution
Negotiate vendor contracts to achieve cost savings and improve gross margin year over year
Manage vendor relationships, product roadmaps, and billing validation processes
Leverage analytics to forecast demand, optimize pricing, and evaluate ROI for new and existing offerings
Monitor and communicate market dynamics, including competitor pricing, technology trends, and regulatory impacts
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Network, Finance, and Operations to ensure successful launches and operational readiness
Serve as a key stakeholder aligning product strategy with corporate financial and growth objectives
Prepare dashboards and executive-ready reporting on revenue, cost, engagement, adoption, and ROI
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 3 years of product management experience in consumer, telecom, or similar products
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue, margin, and operational goals
Strong understanding of P&L ownership, pricing strategy, and financial modeling
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
Experience managing MDU or small business connectivity products
Experience working within PMCOE or formal product governance frameworks
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using dashboards and performance metrics
