Life Protect 24/7 is a sales call center searching for a self-motivated individual to serve as an HR Receptionist. This role involves being the first point of contact for employees and visitors, managing incoming calls, and assisting with HR functions such as onboarding and employee support.

Responsibilities

Monitor the flow of traffic within the office and manage and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system to recruiters and appropriate individuals within the organization

Perform office reception duties including greeting visitors and current employees

Assist existing employees with basic HR concerns/needs

Assist the HR team with the onboarding experience of new employees across the organization

Process and organize applicant information

Organize new hire information and pertinent tasks related to onboarding

Organize and distribute Life Protect 247 merchandise

Required

Must be at least 18 years of age

High school diploma or higher

Strong communication and listening skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)

High level of confidentiality and a strong commitment to Life Protect 24/7 values

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and to work in a fast paced office environment

Must be able to work occasional flexible hours

Criminal history and other background checks will be required of the finalist candidate for this position. Satisfactory background checks are a condition of employment
