Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders at Three Ships and within portfolio companies to support strategic and operational priorities
Frame ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations
Analyze financial, operational, and performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas
Support initiatives from concept through execution, including pilots, process design, and rollout planning
Help prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment
Create concise, executive-ready materials (memos, analyses, presentations) to inform decision-making
Act as a cross-functional connector, helping drive alignment and follow-through across teams
Identify opportunities to apply automation and AI tools to improve efficiency, insights, and execution speed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with strong academic and professional performance
3-5 years of experience in consulting, banking, strategy, or related growth-focused roles
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; able to structure complex problems
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong communicator who can influence senior executives with data-driven insights
AI super-user and comfortable testing new LLMs and AI tools to create efficiencies and unlock opportunities
Self-starter with curiosity, drive, and a bias toward action
Preferred
Experience in growth, analytics, or digital businesses is a plus, but not required
