Responsibilities
Manage and service a commercial lines book of business, including renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits, policy changes, and client communication
Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial clients and carrier partners
Provide strong coverage knowledge and help ensure policies are accurate and complete
Partner with producers to support client retention and account growth
Assist with workflow management and help keep the team organized and on schedule
Support and mentor other account managers and team members as needed
Help improve processes and service standards to strengthen the client experience
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of commercial lines account management experience
Strong understanding of commercial coverages and servicing processes
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities while maintaining accuracy
Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
Leadership ability and confidence supporting or mentoring others
Preferred
agency experience preferred
Professional designation preferred (CISR, CIC, CPCU, ARM, or similar)
Texas P&C license preferred (or ability to obtain quickly)
