Responsibilities

Act as a fractional CFO for assigned clients

Analyze financial statements and oversee budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models

Lead monthly financial reviews and translate data into actionable insights

Identify opportunities to improve margins, pricing, and expense management

Design performance-based compensation plans aligned with client goals

Support strategic initiatives such as expansion, new products, or acquisitions

Guide clients on accounting best practices, including cash vs. accrual

Qualification

Required

5–7 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting

Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills

Solid accounting knowledge; CPA is a strong plus (not required)

Comfortable in a client-facing, consulting-style role

Advanced Excel skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
