Perform their responsibilities in accordance with Firm instructions and Firm standards for delivering docket and court support services

Qualification

Required

Two (2) to four (4) years of experience of docketing or relevant litigation support experience

Extensive knowledge of federal court procedural rules

Understand the workflow for a variety of litigation cases to accurately enter case information and select the appropriate court jurisdiction utilizing a rule based docketing software

Perform requested docket research and retrieve case documents using PACER and other electronic services. This may include contacting court clerks to obtain documents not available electronically

Superior organizational skills and attention to detail

Advanced Excel skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred

Litigation paralegal experience with filing experience, beneficial
