Performance Creative Strategist
Headlight is a full-stack performance marketing agency that partners with ambitious companies to drive hyper-growth. They are seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to combine copywriting, creative direction, and performance insights to launch and scale ad campaigns effectively.

Responsibilities
Copywriting: Write high-converting ad copy across social, search, and display campaigns with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and brand alignment
Creative Coordination: Partner closely with designers to concept, brief, and produce ad creative that scales across multiple formats and platforms
Market Research: Stay ahead of cultural trends, competitive landscapes, and category insights to inspire fresh creative strategies
Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze campaign performance metrics, distill insights, and translate data into actionable creative testing roadmaps
Platform Expertise: Develop strategies tailored to the nuances of major platforms, including Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and more
Client Impact: Collaborate with Account and Growth teams to deliver creative strategies that drive measurable results for high-growth apps and consumer tech brands
Qualification
Required
2–4 years experience in performance creative strategy, copywriting, or growth marketing
Strong portfolio of ad copy and creative strategy work
Proven ability to collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams
Comfortable interpreting performance data and making creative recommendations
In-platform experience with all major ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; organized and detail-oriented
Preferred
Experience in apps or consumer tech highly preferred
