Responsibilities

Handle case notes, process correspondence and maintain electronic case files

File new statements, account forms and other insurance/investment-related materials

Input data, create planning proposals and ensure Financial Advisor is prepared for client/prospect meetings

Monitor Daily Status Report (DSR) and expedite any additional underwriting requirements

Communicate with the client and Home Office as needed to supply or obtain information

Complete, review, and submit insurance applications for completeness and accuracy

Arrange medical, paramedical and any exams necessary for underwriting

Process insurance service requests from clients (address changes, bank change information, loan requests, service inquiries)

Required

Bachelor's Degree

Experience in administrative support, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry

WI Health & Life licenses or willingness to obtain licensure within 6 months of employment

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

High degree of initiative and organizational skills

Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines

Attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Continue insurance education through schools, academies, licenses, registrations, and designations
