Sales Engineer

LHH is a leading manufacturer in the industrial sector, currently seeking a Sales Engineer to join their team. The role involves driving sales and revenue growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining customer relationships in the manufacturing/industrial sector.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the manufacturing/industrial sector
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue
Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions to meet those needs
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
Manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and account activity in CRM systems
Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge

Required

Bachelor's degree required, electrical or mechanical engineering preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
