Responsibilities

Accurately estimating project costs and analyzing materials, equipment, and labor requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates for bids and proposals

Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and other stakeholders to create customized solutions for clients

Ensure proposals are submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with client specifications and deadlines

Clearly articulate the scope of work, pricing breakdowns, and value propositions in proposals to win new business

Communicate effectively with vendors to obtain product information, lead times, availability, and technical specifications

Participate in customer entertainment activities

Follow up with clients after proposal submissions to gather feedback and refine future estimates
