Responsibilities
Manage the relationship of new financial representatives to IA / IAS from the beginning of the recruiting process through the transition on-boarding process
Establish new relationships and foster existing relationships with financial advisors, through proactive telephone calls, e-mails and participating in industry meetings to develop qualified leads
Assist and lead projects to identify and implement improvements for recruiting and transition department
Assist in growing the Integrity Wealth value proposition in the market place by proactively positioning the firm as a top financial services destination for advisors by attending recruiting events and driving our overall message
Lead the Onboarding, Transition, and training team while working across multiple departments to align with the vision and goals set by the executive leadership team
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must display Core Values
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid customer service experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
Minimum of 6 years working directly with a broker-dealer, RIA or insurance industry experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year College and 6-8 years related experience and/or training; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Background checks required
Preferred
Series 7, 24 and 65/66 preferred
