Addison Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide Level II/III IT support for their Washington DC office. The role involves troubleshooting various IT issues and managing device onboarding and offboarding.

Provide Level II/III IT support for the DC office, handling day-to-day troubleshooting such as Google Group access, app sign-in issues, and performance problems (e.g., Chrome running slow)
Responsibilities include imaging and reimaging laptops using JAMF, managing 40 loaner devices, onboarding/offboarding users, and resolving break/fix issues across systems
Qualification
Required
Strong Mac support experience
Proficiency with JAMF for laptop imaging
Expertise in Google Suite and Zoom
Professional, customer-service oriented demeanor
Ability to work under pressure and maintain discretion
