Responsibilities
Provide responsive and timely service to agents / brokers
Conduct account analysis to determine outstanding balances and delinquent accounts
Build strong relationships with agency partners through consistent communications both verbally and in written form
Responsible for collecting payments on overdue accounts and for the timely resolution of billing issues
Assist customers with payment plans related to audits and special circumstances
Familiarity with payment processing software is a plus
Qualification
Required
25 years of full-time work experience
10 most recent years of insurance carrier experience
Preferred
Familiarity with payment processing software is a plus
