Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of a Dynamics 365 F&O ERP implementation , coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and system integrators
Own project planning, scheduling, milestones, dependencies, and critical path management
Establish and maintain project governance, reporting cadence, and executive-level communication
Drive cross-functional alignment across business, IT, data, and integration teams
Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation and escalation strategies
Manage vendor performance, deliverables, and contract alignment
Facilitate key project ceremonies including status meetings, steering committees, and executive updates
Ensure disciplined change control, scope management, and decision tracking
Support readiness activities across data, testing, cutover, and go-live planning

Required

10+ years of Project Management experience, with multiple ERP implementation projects
Direct experience leading Dynamics 365 ERP projects (Finance & Operations)
Proven track record managing complex, multi-vendor enterprise initiatives
Strong understanding of ERP delivery lifecycles, including data migration, integrations, testing, and deployment
Ability to operate independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with large-scale enterprise or regulated environments
Familiarity with data migration and legacy system modernization
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Experience working alongside systems integrators and third-party data vendors
