Responsibilities
Service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers
Provide guidance and technical support to team members when needed
Demonstrate high productivity while maintaining excellent quality standards
Take initiative in diagnosing and resolving HVAC-related issues
Follow and apply all applicable government and industry standards
Maintain accurate service documentation and reports
Qualification
Required
Valid CT HVAC License: S-1 or S-2, D-1 or D-2
1–5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage job-related stress
Preferred
EPA Certification
OSHA 10 Certification
