Counsel clients across a range of industries on corporate matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions
Handle due diligence support and provide general business counseling and legal guidance
Draft and review contracts and preparing corporate documents such as purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, operating/shareholder agreements, and related transaction documents
Qualification
Required
7+ years of corporate transactional experience, including strong experience with M&A
Strong academic credentials and drafting skills
Preferred
Experience with private equity and/or private company transactions preferred
An interest in business development is preferred
