Partner directly with clients to understand their operational goals and translate service requests into effective system enhancements

Provide responsive support for day-to-day client needs, ensuring stability, accuracy, and performance across mainframe lending platforms

Continuously improve processes to boost efficiency, reduce risk, and address complex technical challenges

Assess available technologies and recommend scalable, sustainable solutions that align with both client requirements and long-term system strategy

Must have lending background

Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements

Experience supporting the implementation of new lending products

Ability to conduct impact analysis for system changes

Experience participating in user acceptance testing (UAT)

Knowledge of automation, data analytics, and process reengineering
