Client Partner (CPG)

Responsibilities
Serve as the Senior Executive presenting to the most Strategic Enterprises
Lead solutions and Business Development activities in the North American Market
Prospect clients’ needs by understanding current requirements and help translate those needs into customized solutions
Act as a trusted Client Advisor and Mentor to Internal Solutions Consultants
Build Customized Solutions for CPG Industry Clients
Advise Key CPG Clients on Business Strategy topics
Demonstrate Program Management and Delivery Expertise of IT Solutions
Build and deepen Executive Relationships with Strategic Customer Base
Lead and manage entire Business-Cycles
Generate and develop Business Growth Opportunities
Run and manage a Complex Global Account with Multiple Opportunities
Drive 10x ROI for clients and drive the adoption of strategy
Collaborate, Coach and Mentor to build a Team that engages with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Deep CPG Industry Expertise
Experience in Business Development activities in the North American Market
Ability to prospect clients' needs and translate those needs into customized solutions
Experience as a trusted Client Advisor
Mentoring experience for Internal Solutions Consultants
Ability to build Customized Solutions for CPG Industry Clients
Experience in advising Key CPG Clients on Business Strategy topics
Demonstrated Program Management and Delivery Expertise of IT Solutions
Ability to build and deepen Executive Relationships with Strategic Customer Base
Experience in leading and managing entire Business-Cycles
Experience in discussing terms and understanding associated Legal and Business Risks
Experience in generating and developing Business Growth Opportunities
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple lines of business
Experience in managing a Complex Global Account with Multiple Opportunities
Ability to drive 10x ROI for clients
Ability to drive the adoption of strategy to the last mile
Experience as a Tactful Collaborator, Coach and Mentor
Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills
Strong interpersonal and team management skills
Minimum of 10 years' experience in the analytics, machine learning, information technology or consulting space
Competency and interest in data sciences and data engineering
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Practical Experience
Preferred
Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast paced yet open and transparent work culture
Ability to execute well while creating new initiatives or stepping into ambiguity
Ability to navigate complex deals and successfully roadmap multi-year horizons with clients
Deep curiosity about innovations related to AI/ML across CPG and other industries
