They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to prepare financial performance reports, manage balance sheet reconciliations, and monitor operational costs at Norman Manley International Airport.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports for all departments
Prepare variance analyses for cargo and ground handling operations based on actual vs budgeted activities
Manage and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all accounts and ensure accurate and timely completion in accordance with company policy
Monitor operational costs including labour, fuel, and rebillable services
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround times, revenue per flight, and cost per ton handled, etc

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis is required
Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting & variance analysis

Preferred

MBA, ACCA or CFA qualification is an advantage
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on general ledger experience is preferred
FP&A experience within the aviation, ground handling, cargo or logistics sector is an advantage
