They are seeking a Sales Account Manager for Existing Installations to cultivate customer relationships, drive sales, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while managing accounts and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Build and manage favorable client relationships within a designated sales territory to secure and renew service agreements
Handle customer inquiries and ensure satisfactory resolution with a focus on revenue generation
Meet regularly with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions to meet the needs of their property
Manage and oversee the accounts receivable of your assigned portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate payments
Communicate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of sales objectives
Partner daily with the Field Superintendent and technicians to drive lead generation and ensure an excellent total customer experience from initiation through delivery
Identify and pursue sales opportunities through key customer contacts and industry information
Qualify customer needs to secure profitable solutions leveraging company products and services
Introduce new technology and associated services to customers, clearly illustrate the value that these products and services offer customers
Negotiate contract terms favorable to the company while also delivering on customer requirements
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with internal product strategies and competitive market conditions with minimal supervision
Prepare estimates and communicate proposals with customers
Maintain accurate customer records and files in accordance with company procedures
Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

Required

Bachelors Degree
2 years of B2B sales experience in the elevator or related industry
5-10 years of Customer Account Management experience: proficient in building and managing client relationships, ability to handle challenging inquiries, while ensuring satisfactory resolution with a focus on revenue generation
5-10 years of Negotiation & Strategy experience: experienced in the ability to negotiate contract terms and develop sales strategies that align with the customers' needs and Schindler values and are compliant with all regulations. Effectively, addresses and overcomes objections from clients in negotiations
5-10 years of Sales & Closing Skills: proficient in closing deals and securing agreements when finalizing contracts. Ability to independently identify and pursue sales opportunities, qualifying customers' needs and introducing new services and technology
Effective communication skills are required when communicating with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of sales objectives
5-10 years of Leadership experience: ability to provide guidance and expert support to more junior sales account managers and representatives. Proven track of collaborating with Field Superintendents and technicians with quality improvement processes
Effective presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling and closing skills with a proven sales track record
Ability to empathize, listen and connect with people to form outstanding customer relationships
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
Motivated, resilient, and customer focused mindset with a strong character aligned with Schindler's values
Experience with SAP and a results driven mindset to thrive in a competitive sales environment
Demonstrated Ability to handle a mix of office and fieldwork, with flexibility for travel and managing customer interactions
