Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to grow our client portfolio
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for the market, aligning with company goals and objectives
Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our services and build brand awareness in the local market
Prepare and present prospect proposals
Qualification
Required
3+ years of proven success selling PEO
Proven track record of growing client portfolios and revenue
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and meet financial targets
Strong networking skills to identify and develop relationships
Strong listening, presentation skills and phone presence
Ability to travel locally on a regular basis
Ability to travel to Kansas City quarterly
